Terms & Conditions
- Scope of Services: AMST Tech LLC ("AMST Tech") provides computer repair, troubleshooting, and technology consulting services to individuals and businesses in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
- Service Agreement: By engaging AMST Tech's services, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Service Fees: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered by AMST Tech. Fees will be communicated prior to service commencement and may vary based on the complexity and scope of work.
- Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. AMST Tech accepts cash, check, or electronic payment methods.
- Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Warranty: AMST Tech provides a limited warranty on repairs performed, typically covering parts and labor for a specified period. Warranty terms will be provided upon completion of the service.
- Liability: While AMST Tech strives to provide reliable and professional services, clients acknowledge that technology repairs and troubleshooting may have inherent risks. AMST Tech shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of its services.
- Data Protection: AMST Tech respects client privacy and confidentiality. While every effort will be made to preserve data integrity during repairs, clients are advised to back up important data before service commencement. AMST Tech shall not be liable for any data loss or corruption.
- Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property, including but not limited to software licenses and proprietary information, provided by AMST Tech remains the property of AMST Tech and may not be duplicated, distributed, or modified without explicit consent.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia.
- Modification of Terms: AMST Tech reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
