$15 covers the diagnostic look. Most common issues are a flat $40 to fix remotely. More involved work is billed at $50/hr.
Your safety comes first
- We only ever connect when you reach out to us first — we will never call or message you out of the blue asking to remote into your device.
- You can see and approve everything happening on your screen, and end the session anytime.
- We will never ask you to pay with gift cards or pressure you to buy anything during a session.
